Ticket Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Event Tickets ("Tickets") purchased from Nobu Restaurant Group or its affiliated companies except as otherwise specified on any particular Ticket and except as otherwise required by law. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the actual Ticket, the Ticket itself will control. All persons purchasing, printing, accepting, using or attempting to use any Ticket (each, a "Customer") agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy - Once a ticket is purchased the ticket cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. In the event the customer is unable to attend the event, no refund will be issued. During the event Nobu may capture for use the Customer’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture. The resale and transfer of tickets is prohibited. By purchasing this ticket, the Customer certifies that they are at least 21 years of age and understand and accept these conditions of use.
